By accessing the Entropyr website, completing a purchase, or simply gazing at our logo for more than three seconds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please close this browser tab, reflect on your choices, and consider that central banks do not offer you a Terms of Service at all before they adjust the money supply.

All sales are final. This is not merely a policy preference; it is a structural feature of the Ethereum blockchain. Once your transaction has been confirmed and your order marked PAID, the immutable ledger of human economic activity has recorded your purchase for as long as nodes continue to run, which we expect to be longer than the current monetary system.

In the event of a verified product defect (e.g., the coin is not a coin; the coin has phased out of physical existence; the number on the coin is incorrect), please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will resolve the issue at our discretion.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Entropyr is a novelty goods retailer. The fact that our primary product commemorates a digital asset whose price chart does not exist is purely aesthetic. We are not responsible for any investment decisions made on the basis of owning a shiny disc.

For the avoidance of doubt: SPX6900 is a memecoin. Memecoins are volatile. Volatility means the number can also go down. We find this outcome unlikely and in poor taste, but we acknowledge its theoretical possibility.

Entropyr expressly disclaims all liability for the following macroeconomic events:

• Hyperinflation of any sovereign fiat currency
• Central bank quantitative easing programs
• Stagflation, deflation, biflation, or any other portmanteau monetary condition
• Currency redenomination (e.g., your country adding or removing zeros)
• The general collapse of the post-Bretton Woods monetary order
• Your government's decision to make the printer go brrr

These events are outside our operational control and, frankly, outside anyone's operational control at this point.

All prices are listed in USD for human comprehension but settled in ETH at the live market rate. A ±1% tolerance is applied to account for price movement between quote generation and on-chain settlement. This tolerance is generous and accounts for most normal market conditions, excluding flash crashes, exchange outages, Elon Musk tweets, and acts of God.

If your payment falls outside this tolerance, your order will be flagged for manual review. We will contact you. Please do not submit the same transaction hash twice.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handoff to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or confiscated by customs officials who are suspicious of small heavy discs bearing esoteric numerical imagery. We will provide tracking information and do our best to assist with carrier disputes, but our jurisdiction over physical space ends at the shipping label.

The Entropyr name, logo, and coin designs are proprietary. SPX6900 is a community memecoin with no central intellectual property owner, which is either its greatest strength or its most legally ambiguous feature, depending on who is asking.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction to the maximum extent permitted. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved via direct communication. We are reasonable people who want you to be happy with your purchase of a small metal disc.

In the event that direct communication fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitrator shall be compensated in ETH at the prevailing market rate, unless that rate has appreciated significantly since the filing of the dispute, in which case we will negotiate.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Unlike the monetary system, we will at least tell you when the rules have changed.
